studied Scandinavian Studies in Reykjavik, Uppsala, and 2020 got her M.A. degree in German Studies at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in Budapest

Work activities

She worked as a lecturer in Lithuanian at Humboldt University of Berlin (1999-2001) and at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Berlin (2001-2005, 2011-2015); works as a translator and collaborates with LRT on Culture Week.

Together with peer Friederike Kenneweg, she set up a website for schools in Germany containing information on Dalia Grinkevičiūtė and her book; organises readings in schools. More: https://aberderhimmelgrandios.com/
