Pūkis and Love

Vytautas V. Landsbergis, Dalia Karpavičiūtė. Pūkis ir meilė. (Pūkis and Love), Vilnius: Dominicus Lituanus, 2025. – 24 p.

This book conveys life wisdom and universal values passed from parents to their children –in this case, two little foxes, Pūkis and Kūkis. The fox cubs enjoy playful adventures such as playing blind man’s buff, chasing worms, and hide-and-seek. One day the children hide from their parents and spend a long time searching for them before finally discovering them cleverly hidden outside. On the way home, the whole family begins talking about love – what it is and the many forms it can take. During dinner the parents reveal a surprising secret to the children. Curious to know what it is? You’ll have to read the book to find out. Nineteen books in the series Tales about Pūkis  have been published so far, and in 2025 another title appeared: Pūkis ir skruzdėlės (Pūkis and the Ants).
