The Board of the Lithuanian Culture Institute assists the Institute in planning its activities and evaluating their results. The Board reviews, provides conclusions, and offers proposals regarding the Institute’s long-term and annual activity plans and reports. It also advises on content, organizational matters, the search for additional financial resources, and other issues related to the Institute’s activities. The Board is approved by order of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania for a three-year term.

• Neringa Černiauskaitė – Curator, art critic, artist;

• Marius Gorochovskis – Adviser to the European Union and International Affairs Group of the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania;

• Tomas Juočys – Vice-Minister of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania;

• Aleksandras Kudaba – Head of the Cultural Diplomacy Division of the Communication and Cultural Diplomacy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania;

• Rolandas Kvietkauskas – Director of the Public Institution National Concert Hall – Home of the Nation;

• Daiva Parulskienė – Senior Adviser to the Professional Arts and Internationalisation Policy Group of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania;

• Nomeda Poderienė – Adviser to the Social Policy Group of the Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania;

• Rūta Statulevičiūtė-Kaučikienė – Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania.
