The Board of the Lithuanian Culture Institute assists the Institute in planning its activities and evaluating its results. The Board considers and presents conclusions and proposals on the Institute’s future and annual activity plans and reports. It also advises on content and organisational subjects, search for additional financial resources and other issues related to the Institute’s activities. The Board is approved by the order of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania for a three-year term.

In 2020-2023, the following members shall co-operate in the Board of the Lithuanian Culture Institute:

• Dr Arūnas Gelūnas, Chairman of the Board, Director of the Lithuanian National Museum of Art;
• Agnė Biliūnaitė, Editor of cultural content at the Lithuanian Radio and Television;
• Dr Carmen Caro Dugo, literary translator;
• Justė Jonutytė, curator of contemporary art;
• Rūta Lazauskaitė, Adviser at the Professional Creativity and Internationality Policy Group of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania;
• Gintarė Masteikaitė, Director of the Lithuanian Dance Information Centre;
• Asta Pakarklytė, Director of the Lithuanian Music Information Centre
• Daiva Parulskienė, Senior Adviser at the Professional Creativity and Internationality Policy Group of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania;
• Dr Aurimas Švedas, historian;
• Laimonas Ubavičius, Director of the Lithuanian Film Centre;
• Aušrinė Žilinskienė, Director of the Lithuanian Cultural Institute
