For the second round of the 2025-2026 competition for state budget funding for Lithuanian literature translation promotion projects, 24 applications were submitted by foreign and Lithuanian publishers.

After an administrative check, 22 applications (16 applications for book translation funding and 6 for illustrated book translation and publishing funding) were forwarded to the next stage — to experts‘ evaluation.

The funding results are expected to be announced in a month.
