Tadas Kazakevičius

Tadas Kazakevičius (1984) is Lithuanian born documentary and editorial photographer residing in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an author he is mainly focused and interested in it’s humanistic direction – individuals and their stories as the principal subject of his photography.
His series ‘Soon to be Gone‘ (2014-2018) and ‘Between Two Shores’ (2018-2019) became recognised in numerous awards like World Press Photo, Leica Oskar Barnack, LensCulture Exposure awards. His work was featured in the British Journal of Photography and was exhibited in Jimei x Arles (China), Xposure (UAE), Les Photaumnales (FR), Nuit de la Photo (CH) photography festivals.
His work was exhibited in many locations including Germany, France, China, United States, United Kingdom, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, South Korea, Taiwan etc. His work was published in such international magazines as TIME, The Guardian, Financial Times, The New Yorker, The Sunday Times, Monocle, Le Monde, Liberation.
