Lithuanian Literature Translators’ Residency in Vilnius 2025

Vilnius, a UNESCO City of Literature, in cooperation with the Lithuanian Culture Institute, invites translators of Lithuanian literature living outside Lithuania to apply for a 3-4 week residency in Vilnius.

• Residency dates: October 1-31
• The residency participant(s) will have their travel expenses covered, receive a daily allowance, and be provided with suitable living and working conditions.
• Priority will be given to translators who have specific translation plans and contracts with publishers.
• Applications will be accepted until August 15. (inclusive).
