Andrius Žlabys (born 1977)  is an exceptionally talented pianist, who has received a prestigious Grammy nomination. After studying the piano at the Čiurlionis School of Arts in Vilnius, Žlabys continued his studies in the USA at the Curtis Institute of Music and the Cleveland Institute of Music. Before long, he was heralded as ‘a shining hope of pianists’. Žlabys performs with the New York Philharmonic, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Cleveland Orchestra, Rotterdam Symphony Orchestra, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Buenos Aires, the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra, Kremerata Baltica, and others. Audiences particularly appreciate his recitals in which he delivers unique performances of J.S. Bach, playing entire suites, cycles of partitas, and volumes of ‘well-tempered clavier’ in one evening.
