SVAJONĖ IZABELĖ KUZELYTĖ

Svajonė Izabelė Kuzelytė (1996), a young contemporary circus artist and educator, graduated in economics but considers aerial acrobatics to be her true profession. She learnt contemporary dance and circus at international seminars and creative workshops in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Norway and Spain, as well as at the Riga Circus School. As a freelance choreographer and acrobat, she participates in circus, dance and other projects and performances, works as a coach and teaches aerial acrobatics to children and adults. In 2016, together with her colleagues, she founded the troupe Insomnis, which organises aerial acrobatics performances with various objects and fire shows in the Baltic States.

In 2017, Kuzelytė became a finalist in the Eastern European contemporary circus competition Cyrkulacje in Lublin, Poland, with her mini-performance Dreams.
