Konstantin Kosovec (b. 1986), a young circus performer, acrobat, fire artist, teacher of aerial and pole acrobatics, combines various disciplines in his performances. Kosovec acquired and has been improving his skills at international dance and circus seminars in Estonia, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Finland, Circus School Rogelio Rivel in Barcelona, FLIC Circus School and National Circus School in Montreal. He is a certified pyrotechnician, aerial yoga and Pole Sport teacher. Kosovec has led workshops on juggling, object manipulation, aerial and pole acrobatics in Belarus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Germany.

He started his career with fire shows, while his main area of specialisation is juggling and manipulating sticks. Since 2007, he has been leading a team of fire fakirs Ugnies ženklai (Fire Signs) and participated in international fire festivals in the Czech Republic, Russia and Ukraine, among other places. Since 2013, he creates and contributes to the creation of circus and dance performances. He is one of the founders of the Lithuanian Contemporary Circus Association, as well as one of the founders of the troupes Taigi Cirkas and Insomnis. The contemporary circus troupe Taigi Cirkas was formed in 2016, and currently consists of three circus creators: Konstantin Kosovec, Elena Kosovec and Izabelė Kuzelytė.

The performance Try again (2018) by the troupe Taigi cirkas is a story about physical, psychological and sometimes imaginary obstacles that arise in life. About the desire to live and what you get when you dare to try again. About movement when you are unable to move. About the possibilities of the human body and mind. About the search for meaning in meaninglessness. The goal of this contemporary circus performance by Konstantin Kosovec, Elena Nechiporenko and Izabelė Kuzelytė is to use circus disciplines to tell a personal story succinctly and simply.
